Orders can be placed directly on this site, or by email, fax. and 'phone. Our office hours are 9 - 5 Monday to Friday.

Payment
Payment by most credit/debit cards and cheques is accepted. Note that higher value cheques may need to be cleared and so can take up to 10 working days. Cards are only charged when we have the goods ready to send. It is helpful to have email, or daytime contact details so that we can handle errors or shortages efficiently.

Security
We only keep card details as long as necessary to ensure transactions have been completed correctly.

Repairs

Repairs to Swish Autoglide systems are normally completed within the week that the items arrive. In the event of complications with repairs we will contact you to work out a suitable solution. In all cases it is helpful to have a good description of the nature of the fault, so a covering note and daytime phone number are always welcome. Payment can be made by sending a cheque with the item, or we can call you for card payment details - just send daytime contact number with the item.
